Repeal Wi Stat. 941.23 Prohibiting Concealed Carry by Posted -6591 Hours ago

Wisconsin is one of only 2 states that don't allow concealed carry. The repeal of the WI Stat. 941.23 would restore our constitutional right to carry a concealed firearm as is allowed in 48 other states.

Over the last few years we have been trying to pass a new law to grant the right conceal carry. It is the position of many groups around the state that government does not grant rights as such a law granting a right is unconstitutional. Any right we currently do not have is due to an unconstitutional law as such those laws should be repealed.

Below is a link to an on line petition to be given to our newly elected legislators. This is to tell them that they need to be consistent with the platform that got them elected of less government. We are asking that they repeal State Statute 941.23 that currently prohibits concealment, it's that simple.
